What’s for dinner?

Dh and ds are having bbq but want it late as they’re hot. I’m shattered and need an earlier dinner as planning on being in bed by about 9 😂
can’t think what I want to eat, please inspire me!

I fried salmon in chilli oil and had it with potato salad and slices of fresh beetroot.

So many people having pasta salad, dh and I have different ideas about this. I like mine covered in mayo, spring onions/chives, bits of bacon crumbled in. He likes them with oil, lemon and mint 😭😂😂

We ordered burgers but I’m newly on MJ and after I’d had 5 onion rings I was full. So I’ve had a glass of wine. Got a chicken burger for tomorrow instead. I’m never very hungry in the heat anyway.
