Free 30 hours application still pending since April

We applied for the free 30 hours back in April to start nursery in September. Our application has been pending since therefore still waiting for the code. We couldn’t think of any reason why. We can’t find a contact number or email to chase but from some FAQs we managed to find that said the code may not yet been sent as it’s usually sent 30 days before I return to work. But our nursery keeps chasing us on whether we have our code as they need to verify it ahead of September. We’re not sure if we’ve done anything wrong during the application or is there something in no we have missed from the process.

Any advice would be great?!

If it's more than 30 days til you start work and they only send the code 30 days before then it sounds like that is the issue?

Thank you! That’s what I thought but the nursery seems to be on our case to send through this code, so thought we were going wrong somewhere. Maybe the nursery doesn’t know how it all works 😅
