Just that really. We are currently getting absolutely nowhere with them in helping to sort out our broken down car in France while we are on holiday. Very annoyed that I paid a hefty premium for cover and ‘peace of mind’ when it’s turned out to be the exact opposite. Good old private equity controlled business level of service I.e. a hotline staffed by people who have no clue, can’t provide answers and say they will ring you back and never do. Totally appalling (non-existent really) level of service. Holiday pretty much ruined as I am having to spend about an hour each day trying to find out what’s happening and wondering how we are going to get home.
