Feeling lacklustre and unmotivated

Feel like I can't really be bothered to do anything. 99% sure not depression as have had depression before. Aware depression takes different forms but I don't feel depressed just kind of ambivalent towards life. Thinking of what to do, smaller changes or bigger changes like changing job. Does anyone else feel like this occasionally?

Yes often. I don’t have many people round me (shitty family etc) and often assume it’s that. What do you think is the cause?

Hey! I was actually coming on here to make a similar post because I don't have anyone to talk to.
I've not had depression before so I'm not really sure what I'm dealing with or if it's just life changes since becoming a mum.
But exactly what you say, I feel no joy in my life, I don't like leaving the house. When I do leave I feel better but purely because I feel less guilty about staying in all the time and I'm doing "what's normal" instead of actually enjoying myself.
I said to my husband recently I have no hobbies, no job (stay at home mum), no friends (few family members). My life is really empty.
To say I'm depressed feels a bit strong but I'm also not happy.
Have you had any improvement since this post or any advice?
Hoping you see this!
