I’m hunting for a book that gives the nutritional content of different foods- current motivation is to work out how to get enough magnesium in my diet without supplements, but also to think about my intake of other vitamins and minerals - so I’m literally looking for a dull university-esque tome that lists foods and their attributes.
I didn’t think this would be that challenging but internet search engines drive me to Pseudoscience-y wellness websites and attempts at finding actual books seems to end up with AI generated drivel.
Im sure what I’m looking for must exist- can anyone point me in the right direction?
