Any banking staff? KYC related

The last couple of times I’ve checked my banking app it’s prompted me to complete a profile, it’s asking me three questions. The issue is the first one is asking my income/ where it’s from but none of the listed answers apply in that I don’t actually have a salary or claim benefits etc.
Then the next couple of questions are do I have a mortgage or rent, and do I have dependents, no to both.

I’m wary of answering incorrectly and getting my account frozen. Am I best going into branch for this or should I speak to someone online?

Surely there isn't a correct answer, you just answer honestly. For the first question, isn't there an 'other' option?

Unfortunately there isn’t an other option otherwise it wouldn’t be a problem. At the moment I’d be replying no, no and no but that might appear to be at odds with what my account shows because I do have a regular income. Hence my concern about it being frozen.

What's the closest match to your circumstances? You can't be the only person in the UK who gets their income in the same way as you, so there will be an answer that fits.
