The last couple of times I’ve checked my banking app it’s prompted me to complete a profile, it’s asking me three questions. The issue is the first one is asking my income/ where it’s from but none of the listed answers apply in that I don’t actually have a salary or claim benefits etc.
Then the next couple of questions are do I have a mortgage or rent, and do I have dependents, no to both.
I’m wary of answering incorrectly and getting my account frozen. Am I best going into branch for this or should I speak to someone online?
