Anyone else’s toddler obsessed w shouting random words??

morning all

prob daft but is it normal for 2yo to just scream random stuff constantly??

mine been running round shouting BUS and CHICKEN at top volume since 6am and won’t stop 😂

he shouts POO and LORRY too but like not at anything just random

doesn’t seem upset or anything just loud and constant

health visitor says his speech is fine for age and hes meeting milestones but its like living with a parrot on red bull

does this settle?? or is this just who he is now lol

Mine does this 🤣 same age and similar words!
We get BIRD a lot, and BUS, POO, SHOES or TED to name a couple of his favourite. Maybe it's a boy thing? Haha

My 2yo has recently started shouting KNICKERS out of the blue! She thinks it's hilarious! 🤣

Almost all of them go through a phase of it, in my experience! Often of the worst possible words, or shouting 'cock' for 'clock' and the like. Fun to look back on :D

hes started doing SANDWICH now too for no reason like just full volume in Asda

and yeah same here with the “clock” thing but it does NOT sound like clock 😳

feel bad for laughing but honestly some of it is comedy gold

mine saw a pigeon the other day and shouted DUCK HORSE then just screamed BUS at a lamppost
