Vinted, ssking for 2 step verification to old number. Locked out.

Can anyone help me? I've been locked out of my vinted account. I try to log in and they're asking for 2 step verification to my old phone number. I don't have access to that anymore. I can't log in to contact anybody or change my phone number.

I have items that I've sold that. I need to post and I can't get any details.

Any ideas what I do?

In the app it says you can provide a bank statement showing your last vinted transaction and they will update your number. When I try to go to the website though it just opens the app, so perhaps if you uninstall the app you can contact them on the website?

Have you tried accessing online instead of via the app?

Are you trying to get in using Apple ID, if you are the try logging in using email. If you can’t remember your actual login say forget password and reset. My login using Apple stopped working completely and this is how I managed to work around it. I still can’t get in using Apple but can using my email. Hope it works for you too

I've tried on my phone, tablet and laptop.

All 3 ask for email and password, which I have but once i log in it then says they've sent a code to my old number and to input the number, which I can't do.

I've looked in the customer service bit and its just says to contact them through your account but I can't get in!

No, I don't have apple products.

Its just my normal email and password.

I think its because I uninstalled and reinstalled the app so it triggered the 2 step verification which I don't usually have! So I didn't even realise it was my old number on the account.
