How hot is it in your house right now?

26C in our bedroom apparently and 88% humidity outside…. No-one I’m sweating! Gutted the storm missed us.

*no wonder

21° as I came up to bed.

My bedroom was 25 degrees when I came up last night 🥵…I’ve just woken up and it’s 18.

I don’t know as the temperature wossname has broken but it’s too hot to sleep and it’s still only June!

im at work willing it to cool down before I finish at 7. I even left the windows open to try and help

23 in our bedroom right now, even with an oscillating fan on the highest setting

A fan won't reduce room temperature, it only reduces body temperature by moving warmed up air away from your skin.

Unless you place a fan in front of an open window and it blows in cooler air from outside etc, but the usual function of a fan is not air cooling.

I don't know, but very very warm. 'Slept' on top of the duvet, but barely slept. It was a b er y heavy sky st 4 (when it has been lovely light summer mornings). The birds even sound criss this morning!!

must set the fan up today, I don't much care about the technicalities or actual temperature if the room, but the oscillating fan mss as is me feel cooler and concentrating on if going up & down my body helix clear my mind.

@dontcomeatme if you put a big bottle half filled with water in the freezer, then once frozen put it in front of the fan, it cools the air the fan blows past it! It’s not air con, but it helps!
