What should i do with this for Rail Travel?

So, I have a disability rail card due to being on PIP. I ordered a digital card after being given the option of a digital card or a card sent in the post. But, now I have decided that I would prefer to have a card in the post. So, how do I tell the Disability Railcard app that I want a card sent in the post? Will they likely charge me?

Unfortunately you can only have one version of your Railcard – either plastic or digital. Once you have purchased your Railcard you cannot change the type of Railcard you have.

You could print out the digital card so that you have a paper copy in case phone dies

You can’t, why would you prefer a card?
