I’m having such a shit day, please cheer me up!

A dog jumped up and scratched my baby today, not aggressively but just overexcited and poorly trained, DS wasn’t too bothered about it but has a nasty scratch on his little leg ☹️

Got home and discovered water dripping through the bathroom ceiling directly into the cat trays, there was soggy, sticky clumping litter all over the place and we still can’t work out where the water is coming from so could wake up tomorrow to more!

I dropped a baking tray while I was cooking dinner and there were roasted veggies all over the floor, and none left to cook as it was fridge gravel to begin with 🤣

Early night for us, but please leave me something to make me chuckle when I wake up!

I think you need funny stories from people that have had even worse days ( like listening to sad songs when you break up with someone ), Mumsnet Classicsthread is brilliant - even the thought if cutted up pear makes me smile.

Sorry its been shit though.When you win the 210 million lottery tomorrow it will seem like a distant memory 😉

I had a bad start to the day. I put hairspray on my armpits instead of deodorant 😆. Must remember to keep the bottles a bit further from each other.

I'm so sorry to hear that your little DS had a scratch to his leg, I hope that it won't bother him too much and that he wasn't too frightened by the experience.

That's a crappy day for sure. Fingers crossed the leak doesn't get any worse.
Mine was literally a crappy day... I work in special ed and three of our (incontinent but highly mobile) children are on serious amounts of medication to clear impacted bowels.
Two children had some very impressive results today... think poo fondue... all over me.. twice. I'm glad they both probably feel better for it, but I bathed in detol tonight!!!!!!!!

I've had a crappy week so looking forward to checking out @Talulahalula's thread. May tomorrow be better (even if it is Friday the 13th 😱)
