The 1st letter of 992 is the second letter of TARGET

The first letter of TARGET comes alphabetically before the first letter of 993

@Friolero think if a synonym for 745 that begins with the same letter and is one letter longer. Then add 2 letters to the beginning of that word

@Friolero something may 872 because it develops a <word>. <word> begins with the same first letters as 872 and is one letter longer.

Then add two letters to the front of <word> the first of which starts with the last letter of 316

@Friolero if something has a 745 it could also be another word which has the same first 3 letters in a different order and one letter longer than 745 should hopefully get you blue 18.53 then add 2 letters on to the start
