Vinted issue

I bought two items on vinted, I needed them before Friday so I asked both sellers how soon they could send (both said next day) that was last Friday and they haven’t arrived, not the sellers fault I know but never had this with any other company usually would have arrived within 2/3 days but always find things take longer with vinted now that’s not the issue, both items were meant to be delivered yesterday but didn’t show up, tracking says was unable to deliver and would try again today although I’ve heard nothing so far and tracking hasn’t updated, anyway I noticed on vinted both items have been marked as delivered?! Meaning obviously the money will go to the sellers I know I have 2 days I think to raise an issue so lucky thing I noticed but has this happened to anyone before and what happens now? This is why I’m not a fan of vinted 😣

From what I can gather I think the courier has marked it as delivered even though it wasn’t 🤦🏻‍♀️

This sometimes happens when they’re going to deliver it that day. Drives me insane

I had this a few months back with vinted and evri saying a parcel had been delivered. Luckily it was being delivered to a post office, so I had their back up that it hadn’t been delivered. It didn’t arrive there for another three days, and they said that there’s often a glitch in the evri system.

But because I hadn’t collected it (as it wasn’t there!) I didn’t have a button to confirm all was ok or that there was an issue.

If it’s supposed to have been delivered to your house there should be two buttons when you log on - either ‘everything is ok’ or ‘I have an issue’.
