Hi guys,

Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, how long did it take since the court possession order date until the bailif eviction date?

Online says different answers, but I'm looking to hear personal accounts please.

I work for a HA and usually get eviction dates 4-6 weeks after application, depending on how busy the bailiffs are.

I can't remember but think it were about 3-4 weeks. It depends on the court and what else is going on.
