Fraudulent charges - not sure who to go through?!

I took 2 Uber trips on Wednesday. £6 and £7 ish. All fine.

But then I had notifications on my banking app for 3 trips I didn't take totalling almost £200!

I couldn't click to dispute them because they were only pending. I googled and assumed they'd not go through. They moved from pending yesterday and are now debits 😫

I can't see a way to contact Uber because the trips aren't on my app.

The money came out via PayPal. PayPal dispute asks if I've contacted the company (Uber) but I can't due to the above

The fraud section on my banking app also asks me to contact the company.

I'm not sure what to do and wondered if anyone had experience of this please!

You can tell the bank you were unable to contact the company. When you dispute the charges, they will do their own investigation anyway.

I had a fraud on my account a couple of weekends ago and couldn’t report as fraud while the items were pending, but the bank fraud team called me on the Monday morning. Talk to the bank fraud team.
