Is reflexology for fixing something specific, or can you have it just because?

I fancy trying reflexology.

Can I just book an appointment, or do I have to go in order to try and heal something specific?

I wouldn't show up to the dentist just because I fancied a bit of dentistry. Is reflexology the same?

Not at all. If you enjoy having your feet touched go for it..it's lovely. Say you're coming for some relaxation

I loved having reflexology and found it really helpful. Mine would slit I had an issue before I had! She was brilliant. Unfortunately she gave it up and I’ve not find another one.

I did acupressure on my feet and it was sooooo relaxing I feel asleep and felt anazing after. If you are open to such alternative therapies it does wonders.

Just because! I’m not sure I really believe the theory of it, but it’s an hour a week where my brain totally switches off from the stress of work, all my worries just float away. So for me it’s worth the money just for that hour of complete peace.

You can definitely book in just for relaxation. Get yourself booked in and go wash those lucky feet! 😆 Let us know how it goes!

No, it might fix something or tell you where there's a weakness or an old injury, but you can simply lie back and enjoy it.
