Severe bruising back and legs after cliff jump

On holiday in Mexico and I daftly decided to do a cliff jump. I landed wrongly and literally thought I had broken my bag. I have really bad bruising on back and legs. Pain is off the scale and I have a 10 hour
flight tomorrow and no idea how I am going to get through it. Any thoughts?

I have ibuprofen and ice

One of my friends did break their back cliff jumping. It was only found weeks later when she was still in pain and got an x-ray. She'd flown from Europe back to NZ in that time...

Better pain relief. Do you know you can take ibuprofen and paracetamol together, as long you rigorously adhere to their timescales and doses as outlined on their boxes.
