Help! Anyone familiar with this type of lock!

I just arrived to my air b and b, got the key from the lock box and cannot manage to open the door! I’ve tried to turn the key each way several times and push but no luck. Does anyone have advice for this type of lock?

Turn key anticlockwise as many times as it will go and turn the knob to left?

Your photo doesn't actually show the lock or the key clearly.

Have you tried turning the knob as you turn there key ?
Phone the owner.
