Anyone attended Tottenham Stadium as a disabled person?

Looking for any insights. Help would be much appreciated!

I purchased an Accessible Ambulant ticket to the upcoming Beyonce tour, directly from the stadium, provided relevant proof of eligibility and received a complimentary PA ticket but due to having a flare up of my disability I’m no longer able to go.

Has anyone been to this venue on this type of ticket and can they confirm the entry process?
Is the name/eligibility rechecked on arrival?

I’d like to offer the tickets to someone who may not have had the opportunity to get tickets, the tickets aren’t sold out so I’m aware I’ve lost my money. As these were purchased from the stadium I don’t have the option to transfer like you’d get on Ticketmaster. The tickets have been sent as e-tickets that can be added to Apple/Google wallet.

I’ve already reached out to the stadium re giving these away and to see if there’s any process I should follow but haven’t heard back and the time is quickly approaching.

As a disabled person, I’m very aware of the planning that goes into attending an event of this size so would hate to give the tickets away and then have somebody turned away at the gates.

I went to the Saracens rugby game in March. I’m a wheelchair user.
it was quite possibly the best venue I have ever been to for accessibility 😀
They had my name on a clipboard at the access entrance. An access host was assigned to take me to my seat.
Not sure what would happen if you gave the tickets to someone else and they scanned them at a regular entrance.
Getting a free carer ticket means that you should not give them away to someone who would not qualify for that.
