Too many paracetamol in 24 hours!

Just woke up, I’m ill and was confused about time so took two paracetamol just after 6. The second I swallowed them I realised I should have waited til after 7/7.30 because that’s when I took the first dose of four yesterday. Now freaking out. What should I do?

Honestly I don't think an hour or so would worry me. I'm not a doctor or any kind of a person with special knowledge but I don't think that these rules are "to the minute" requirements.
I know that paracetamol is very toxic in overdoes, but if the thresholds between safety and danger were that fine-tuned they wouldn't be available over the counter.

Just take care to stay within limits going forward.

It’s only an hour and a half early at most - you’ll be absolutely fine. Just delay your next dose by an extra couple of hours to be safe. You can take ibuprofen as well as paracetamol if you need extra pain relief.

can take ibruprofen but I have to take it with food and I have to take the other meds on an empty stomach so I’m not eating much! Stupid illnesses.
