How to career change at 37? I'm so miserable

Long story short, I left school with A-Levels and went straight to an office job. No degree. Have worked my way up in various companies and am now in a specialist role earning £48k on 35.hours a week.
Am good at my job however I really don't enjoy it. It's been 3 years now and it just doesn't interest me. I love the company but there are redundancies happening everywhere else (not my department) so moving areas doesn't seem wise. I could do this role at a different company but I'd still not get job satisfaction.
I just don't enjoy the corporate world anymore. I have no clue what to do. I love being around people and helping people... but a role as a carer or a nurse or teacher isn't for me, more customer facing I guess but no idea what.
Does anyone have any tips or experience of what you did to make a career change work, or what work you moved to? I have 2 x primary age DC and a husband. We are very reliant on my wage (he earns the same as me).
I've looked at local civil service jobs but they don't seem to pay great and their list of requirements seem so specific. I've got massive imposter syndrome and feel that I'm not good enough to do anything else that pays this well :(
