My ears are very sensitive but I'm very sensitive to noise and am looking for some very soft comfy ear plugs so I don't have listen to car exhausts, noisy people etc. Any suggestions? Preferably online. TIA

Thanks. Are they soft and comfortable?

Both my dc like them, they are fussy buggers when it comes to clothing and accessories as they both have sensory issues. I think they do a pair you can sleep in too.

Deep Sleeps, from Amazon. Soft silicone and comfy.

Which ones do you use?

Would these recommendations block the sounds while I am in an operating theatre having a replacement knee? I’ll be having an epidural and really do not want to hear the noise of the drill/saws they use ! I am anxious enough about the operation.

I think the Quies wax are ok. As long as you soften them up first in your hands and make them very malleable. They're very noise cancelling but even these I get fed up of having to wedge in my ears tbh
