Just wondering how weight lifting changed your body and what you did?

in particular, looking for people who transformed their bum, waist and legs!!

I got smaller (weight hardly changed) I have visible muscle definition in arms, shoulders and thighs and I have baby abs. More importantly my confidence skyrocketed

16 weeks into Megsquats Stronger by the day program I have small dents in my buttocks, a very firm core (under the fat 😂) and I seem to no longer have a thigh gap (not great but my legs feel a lot more muscular) . Still waiting for the arm definition but these things take time. Overall I just love getting stronger 💪

I've had a PT for two years now and have been put through my paces since day 1 - he's a 32 year old boxer and I'm a late 40s woman - but it's been amazing and I can now lift weights I never thought possible.

I have strong thighs (not skinny but muscly) and my arms are very toned and with decent biceps if I do say so myself! My shoulders are my best feature and I've had compliments in the gym from men/women which is the biggest confidence boost for someone heading towards 50!

I still do cardio but love lifting weight and really have the bug at wanting to squat/lift/press as heavy as possible 😁
