I’m a size 10 had 2 children (9 & 6) I’ve got a spare tyre & the tops of my arms & thighs are bigger than I’d like. I’m going away in August & then getting married next year & I want to look & feel my best. I work full time & have busy evenings with running the children to clubs so don’t have a lot of time etc.
Could anyone guide or share advice on how to tone up & what sort of exercise I need to do to get rid? Thank you 🙂
