Advice please to lose tummy, arms & legs

I’m a size 10 had 2 children (9 & 6) I’ve got a spare tyre & the tops of my arms & thighs are bigger than I’d like. I’m going away in August & then getting married next year & I want to look & feel my best. I work full time & have busy evenings with running the children to clubs so don’t have a lot of time etc.

Could anyone guide or share advice on how to tone up & what sort of exercise I need to do to get rid? Thank you 🙂

It doesn’t sound like you’re overweight, if you’re clothes size is 10; so not much else for it but toning exercises and resistance training. You can do both from home via YouTube and get some light weights for your arms. Resistance bands are good and also inexpensive. Consistency is key though if you want to see results. Good luck 🙂

You can't choose where you lose fat from unfortunately and exercise doesn't cause fat loss in specific areas. You can exercise to strengthen certain muscles which will improve the general appearance but the only way to lose fat is to be in a calorie deficit and then you can't control where it goes from.
