Parmaviolets

gillybombilly · 30/05/2025 15:52

And foam shrimps/bananas.

blacksantanapkin · 30/05/2025 15:53

I love Parma violets but so many seem disgusted by them 😆 they are the only sweets in those ‘swivels assortment tins’ that I like.

Middleagedstriker · 30/05/2025 15:54

Black jacks
Liquorice
Extra stong mints/imperial mints
Curly wurly
All boiled sweets
Coffee ones in the ones that were like minerals but all different.
Unfizzy cola bottles (why?!)

Purplesphere11 · 30/05/2025 15:54

Black jacks

AllProperTeaIsTheft · 30/05/2025 15:54

All of those chewy foam type ones. Pear drops. Flying saucers. Licorice. And worst of all, anything aniseed or banana-flavoured. I love Parna Violets!

Ilovemyshed · 30/05/2025 15:55

Chocolate limes and the peanut things covered in hard caramel.

afaloren · 30/05/2025 15:56

Parma Violets obviously.

Anything liquorice.

Foam sweets.

I also don’t like jelly sweets that don’t have the right texture. I like them chewy and firm but for my teeth to go through them easily; I don’t like it when I have to yank at them or they’re too wobbly.

mumofoneAlonebutokay · 30/05/2025 15:59

Licorice allsorts - disgusting!!!

BeachRide · 30/05/2025 16:00

Pear drops - tasted like nail polish remover.

Koolforkats · 30/05/2025 16:00

Those round lollys that taste of chalk!

Berlinlover · 30/05/2025 16:01

None.

Black jacks

I love those!!

ureterr1blemuriel · 30/05/2025 16:02

Parmavoilets - tastes like what is expect perfume to taste like
Caramac - far too sickly sweet
Black jacks (but loved the fruit cocktails that I think came with them)

FadedRed · 30/05/2025 16:02

I once got a sherbet flying saucer with a dead fly in it, last one I ever had…

Send them my way. Love them. The chalkier the better.

User14March · 30/05/2025 16:10

Pacers! Polos - last resort sweet.

Blarn · 30/05/2025 16:11

Jazzies (the little chocolate buttons with 100s and 1000s on). Especially the white ones. Loved parma Violet's.
