Selling house stress

After a very long time we finally have an offer from a cash buyer. We accepted their offer yesterday. The EA updated so the house now shows as sold. I've not heard anything else. Do we wait until the EA gets in touch with us?

You will usually get a memorandum of sale from the Estate Agent, have you already told the Estate Agent which solicitors you are using?

No I haven't got one yet.

Well that's your next task. Not a lot can move forwards without you having a solicitor for their solicitor to correspond with.
