I’m so tired all the time and whenever I need a break, I turn to my phone. I do have a lot on which includes work, family and home but I’m also caring for an elderly relative.
My phone is my escape but I’m wondering if I’ll be better off really reducing my time on there.
I don’t even have the energy or focus to watch a film currently but I also don’t have any desire to watch a film. But I would like to.
I feel like I’ve abandoned myself. I have no energy to eat well, exercise or do things I enjoy.
I’ve gained weight and feel really unhealthy. My house needs a proper clean and tidy.
I’m not depressed. Just lacking in energy. (I have a supportive dh and teens who aren’t too troublesome)
I think I need help to get out of this hole.
