Don’t have a current blender that works, have a drinks one but that is a pain in the arse to scrape stuff out. Looking for a decent one to make baby food, any suggestions?

I just use a stick blender. Takes up a lot less space in our kitchen, and easy to clean as long as you rinse it under the tap immediately after use and don't let food dry on it.

I still use the Braun stick blender that I bought 20 years ago to make baby food. It wasn't expensive and does a great job.

We have a baby food maker which steams, blends, reheats and defrosts all in one and does a really good job of it

Personally I think it's worth the expense and counter space but we don't have any other gadgets, not even a microwave and a relative wanted to buy us a gift.

I agree just get a stick blender - you’ll get a lot of use out of it later as well if you’re trying to hide veg in their pasta sauce!

Have a stick blender already, maybe I’ll try it again. But for practical reasons looking for a blender. @telestrations what do you have?
