Just spotted this.
His way of impossing his beautiful tariffs have been ruled unlawful by the US federal court. Trump exceeded his authority, has been ruled.
So we may not need to worry about what will happen when the 90 days of relief he has gifted a good chunk of the world are over.
China may be laughing this morning.....

But... is he going to abide by the court ruling? Or just send someone to dismantle the federal court and do whatever he pleases?
Because I am not longer shocked by anything, by this point....

His administration will appeal the decision, so I guess we have to wait and see. All this uncertainty must be a nightmare for American small business owners.

It's told the world that even the President of the US is bound by the law (not that he agrees).

Unless he goes full on dictator now and ignores the courts (not impossible) then it means countries can ignore all his bluster and just wait for the formal process of setting tariffs to complete. And that takes ages.

TL;DR, they've taken away his bigly stick in foreign negotiations.

Sadly they won't have much sympathy from the rest of the world that have had to deal with this manbabies outbursts.

I am scared, to be honest.
I knew he was going to be a tornado, but I was not expecting this level of craziness. I really do not see fully impossible that he just ignores it and carry on. Ending US democratic system indeed.
