I bought a branded item. It was way cheaper than anywhere else. Paid for next day delivery. After a couple of days I got an email apologising that it hadn't been delivered on time, with a voucher code for a discount next time. I'd have preferred a refund of the delivery charge, but OK.
2 weeks on it still hasn't been delivered (their tracking shows it in progress, so it's not that it's been delivered but I haven't found it). So I emailed to point that out and a few days later they've replied to say they'll refund. All good.
But there's also a threatening message about what will happen if they believe the item was delivered or is delivered in the future. I haven't seen that from anyone else?
I suspect they never had the branded item that they were offering (too?) cheaply.
