Antibiotic liquid through security over 100ml and no prescription

I’ve been to the urgent care tonight with my toddler and he has been given antibiotics in liquid form over 100ml. The doctor couldn’t give me a prescription for this as he took it out of their stock - as no pharmacies were open and my toddler needed the medication asap. I am travelling abroad with my toddler tomorrow and we only have hand luggage. My issue is - will I get through security with antibiotics? the box has a sticker on but it’s not even printed - just his name written on by the nurse and how often to take it

I think if they wanted to be strict, they could choose to be.

I would go and pick up the empty clear plastic bottles in boots/primark and decant it. How are you administering? A dosing syringe?

The last couple of times I’ve taken my DS’s liquid medication through, they’ve just stuck it in the liquids scanner to test it

I was going to suggest hold luggage but actually I think decanting is a better idea. Hope she is better soon.
