Spa day/break recommendations in Dublin or Belfast

I'm desperate for a bit of a pamper and relax and I have a couple of work trips booked over the next couple of months in Dublin and Belfast.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a spa hotel type thing where I could have a swim, a massage and a nice dinner?

Thanks!

The Merchant Hotel is lovely and the spa, pool and rooftop sauna + hot tub are great The Merchant Hotel | 5 Star Hotel In Belfast | Official Site

The merchant is a gorgeous place! Haven’t stayed there but when in Belfast I adore going to the jazz bar/lounge there

Merchant Spa is lovely. Also the Culloden but it’s a bit further out.

in Dublin look at the Merrion (lovely pool) and the Shelbourne.

Oh crikey @hopeishere they’re a bit posh aren’t they! Gorgeous finds, thank you.

Merchant it is for my Belfast trip, but those two in Dublin are a little out of my budget.

Any other options for Dublin would be brilliant

For dublin the intercontinental is nice and more reasonable than the Shelbourne.

for Belfast I’d go to Galgorm - it’s lovely, good value and you can do as much or little as you like

The Marker in Dublin is supposed to be good.
