Black work trousers with some stretch, Size 14?

I desperately need some smartish black trousers for work. However, I hate the normal restrictive ones you buy in the supermarket.

Does anyone know of some with some stretch please, the fabric moreso than the waste band. Preferably widish leg?

M&S has some very comfortable, practical stretchy pull-on trousers. They come in various permutations, including straight leg and wide leg:

I used to have a lovely pair of Baukjen black leggings which were smart enough to be worn as trousers. Baukjen is overpriced new, IMO, so I'd suggest looking on Vinted. Likewise, I once had a comfortable pair of Hush wide-leg trousers which had an elasticated waist, but I wouldn't pay full price - I paid around £20 on Vinted.

Marjs and spencer wide leg. They have a comfy waistband and are also about 25.00. I wear them everyday for work.

Late to the party but a question for @xmasdealhunter about the hilara sizing. How generous are they? My current size 14s are very snug, thanks to a menopausal tummy. Are these very stretchy? Really don't want to get the 16/18s! Thanks
