Walking with dinosaurs tonight BBC - what age will you let watch?

Debating whether to let my sensitive 6 year old watch it. He knows it is on and wants to watch it but he himself is nervous. I’d normally watch in advance.

Is anyone else watching with young ones tonight?

It's already available in iPlayer. Do you have a bit of time to start watching it this afternoon to get a feel for it?

Oh is it - that’s really useful to know! I’ll have a quick skip through. Means we can start it a bit earlier too.

I’ve had a brief look. For anyone else that’s wondering and sees this, looks like quite a lot of peril for a young triceratops. All works out OK in the end but I’m not sure my son will cope. We’ll probably start and abandon in tears 20 minutes in.

My nephew saw the original series in 1999 at the age of 4. He is now completing his PhD in paleontology...

Thank you! I didn’t know about this and DD is dinosaur mad. Have also scanned on iPlayer and checked the baby triceratops lives - more for me than DD if I’m honest!! We’ll be watching tonight now.
