Is there anyone working on the recruiting side who can share roughly how many applicants they received for ‘easy apply’ ads?
I presume companies get swamped with applicants considering how quick it is to apply. I’ve recently applied to 50+ via LinkedIn “easy apply” but never managed to get shortlisted. Some of the ads by small companies seem too good to be true too (vague requirements for decent pay)
Whenever possible I will try and apply directly on company site to avoid “easy apply” option but some companies only let you apply via LinkedIn.
(My CV has been checked by a friend who works in HR.)
