This is work related. There are things I have picked up at work just by watching a colleague do something. I only learnt about shortcut keys when a colleague found it funny that I was copying and pasting using my mouse. I found it very embarrassing at the time, but I have since used the shortcut keys everyday at work. Maybe it’s because I’m old. It probably is! Below are the things I learnt from my colleagues over the years:

Using the snip tool to copy and paste information into emails etc
Using the keyboard to copy and paste and undo mistakes.
Print to PDF to save a document.
Making my mouse icon massive and colourful - showing my age again!

I’m sure I will think of more to add. Does anyone else have something to add to the list?

I have never used a shortcut key. Don’t know how to do it!

The leasehold housing system. I'm selling a flat now after 17 years and would have been about £200k better off if I bought a house (not even including ground rent and lease extension costs which are another £40k in total.
