Working from home at least, waiting on surgery but it's worse day today, my normal meds still en route (tramadol) .

I've got many meetings on camera, have solpadeine what else can I do/take? Do have Kirkland sleep aid as recommended to me but not sure if it will help as I just fall asleep!

Completely shit without the prescription meds.I know you are already half way through your work day probably by now.

Do you have to have your camera turned on for every meeting? Everything I can suggest you would have to have in, ie plug in heat pad, TENs machine, massage gun for lower back. I know you couldn't work from it but I also have a Lazy Spa because being in hot water that stays hot for hours is bliss for pain relief and really works for me.

The hot water is why we kept the ridiculously overpriced David Lloyd membership for so long so I could use the hot pools etc.

I was camera on, but managed ok until DH got back from the chemists and they'd only given him one of my meds and it wasn't the tramadol 😥

Hope you managed to get through the rest of the day. Endo is completely shit. The lazy spa is the best thing we ever bought, nice to use it when not in pain but great for when I am in pain and we just swallow the heating costs. Mine is inside a summer house so doesn't lose heat as fast as if it was outside plus I can use it in all weathers. We don't use the bubble function, just a giant bath for two where we chat.
