What to wear in Oxford tomorrow.

Visiting oxford for the day.
Weather is dry and 19 degrees.

Doni wear Jeans and a shirt or a dress and denim jacket?

Personally I'd need something more than just a shirt over jeans given the weather this week so I vote for dress & jacket.

Will be getting a bit breezy late afternoon so maybe not a hugely floaty one.
