Appetite suppressants

Hey all, can anyone recommend an appetite suppressant? I’ve lost 6 stone on mounjaro and feel great but now that I’ve stopped the hunger is insane. I’m trying to eat high protein and only have healthy snacks but I am ravenous all the time. I can’t afford to be on the injections forever so am hoping something more natural exists to stop cravings or make me feel full? A food or drink or patch or anything really?!

I’m not on 600 anymore, it’s what I was averaging on the injections as I wasn’t hungry at all. I’m now on 1800 ish but go over too often for my liking. I’m just starving!

its the 600 calories - that is a complete no no. The information is everywhere that on MJ you need to eat at least 1200 and probably more if you were 6 stone overweight

your body is probably working properly to put weight back on

id go back on MJ and eat properly - I know people say it’s expensive but what about the cost of all that extra food - my food bills went from £300-£100 a month because your not overeating so it pays for itself

Piles of vegetables/salad and pulses/, For dinner last night we had a salad and it was very filling. It contained: watercress, radish, avocado, celery, kimchi, borlotti beans, tzatziki, hummus, olive oil, prawns.

Congratulations on your very impressive weight loss! 🎉

Not to be ridiculous as I know I’m an adult but I really struggle with not liking a lot of healthy food. I don’t like onion, mushrooms, peppers, leeks, cauliflower, radishes, kimchi, pulses or lentils.. I like sweetcorn, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, yoghurt, cheese, lettuce, cucumber, all fruit, bread, pasta.
I understand that I should probably have eaten more on the jabs but I COULDNT. I just wasn’t hungry. I felt full all the time and on the few occasions I did eat more I ended up throwing up so my body obviously couldn’t handle more. I’m still overweight I think, and dr definitely thinks so as I’m over 10 stone but I can’t seem to get my hunger under control to even maintain let alone lose any more!
