Thames Water customers - how much has your bill gone up?

My bill just went up 48%!!! I can't believe it.

My MP is already very active putting pressure on Thames Water regarding their inability to provide a good service, not fill the river with sewage and not give huge bonuses to their shareholders, so it's hardly worth writing to her. I feel so angry as essentially I'm over a barrel - I can't exactly change provider, can I?

I've never experienced such a huge increase overnight for any other bill.

I can't do anything about it, just want to vent.

A quick google suggests that the average increase is 31%.

Ahhh just posted something in COST OF LIVING as our bill has gone up by 40.7% and we are challenging it !!!

So our bill has gone from £55.00 to £95.00 for the same usage so that is an increase of £480.00 for the year !!!

I am so angry and appalled with THAMES WATER !!!

And yes have signed all the petitions with CHANGE.ORG and written to our MP in West London.
