What's Aldi's Rose prosecco like?

I used to always get M&S but had it recently and it was too sweet and tasted very chemical, either the recipe has changed or my taste buds have! So I'm after a dry crisp rose fizz, I've never had any from Aldi, they look great value though. Any other recommendations? Preferably under £12 a bottle.

Sorry I can't help you. I've been waiting all day to see if anybody answered, it sounds good anyway.
The way I see it if you're looking for something under £12, you can't go too wrong with it, you either like it or you don't.
Good thing about wine is that it may not be to your taste but after you've had a glass or two,it all tastes fine😂

If you can get to Lidl, their rose prosecco in a etched diamond style patterned bottle is nice.

I agree

PennyHofstadter · 21/05/2025 23:32

I would also suggest the organic one in the ‘fat’ bottle. The normal one is also excellent.

Asda MAs Miranda Rosado is lovely. Really nice fizz.

Co-op have a nice dry one and in some stores they also stock the 200ml mini bottle.
friexenet do one, which is available as a mini bottle in Tesco as well as the standard size bottle so you can try a little one first.

MissyB1 · 22/05/2025 07:35

Sounds like Aldi organic gets the vote. Think I'm also going to try Co-op, I'd forgotten they do good wines!

Cava tends to be dryer than Prosecco, and Aldis pink one is nice. Worth a go!
