Feel like I've got something stuck between my tooth and gum

Anyone else had this? It's driving me crackers as it's the third day and is feeling sore. I've brushed, flossed, used mouthwash, tried to pick it out with my finger but can't feel anything. Any tips?!

Where abouts in your mouth is it? Like can you put your finger above/below it and physically push it up/down to get it out?

I have a water flosser which is pretty strong, but if you don’t have one I’d just book in for a dentist appt.

Maybe you had something stuck there and were poking and prodding, which made the gum sore.
It could have fallen out when you swished with mouthwash, but now the area is still sore and feels like something's there but it's just that the gum is sore from all of the attention that's been getting?

If it is gone it will feel better in a couple of days most likely and if it isn't, you might have to visit the dentist.
Have you tried warm salt water swishing?
The salt in the warm water could draw whatever it is that's stuck in your gum out and away.
I would try that as it's more gentle than the harsh mouthwash is.

Try some chewing gum.
