Can anyone help me with adult learning/online class

I am studying an online course.

The course has a requirement to complete tasks and I presume it's just trying to get me ready for the written assignments that will be required later on in a few more weeks.

So I am given two different tasks - small written assignments. About 200 words each.

It's been over 20 years since I was in school or did a course after school.

I used the task request/question to formulate a front page of Aims and Objectives. That was all very easy.

After aims and objectives I think there is an introduction page. This came to me easy too.

I will move onto the main body of the work soon. It should be ok.

However is there a heading to use for the main body of the work?

I think you are perhaps over thinking. Specific requirements will depend on your assignment brief. Do you have a tutor or point of contact? Your question (I think) is about formatting.
An bog standard essay shouldn't need any headings. A longer piece typically would but that should all be explained in the question or brief.

Thanks for the reply. So I am probably over thinking this.

This is more of a homework task to get used to assignments and doesn't go towards the end result.

Thanks for the reply.

I will write this as if it's an eassy.

Just bang it out! It's practice for you. If you overthink everything little thing, you will almost certainly burn out. A big part of studying is being able to understand what is important and directing your energy to those tasks. Good luck x
