How long for passport to come back?

If you have made an adults passport renewal application recently how long did it take to come? Or are you still waiting?
We made the application and sent the old passport back, they confirmed they received old passport on the 30th April, have heard nothing since.

Recently renewed mine and it was approved on 10th May and I received it 14th May. I even had to change my name on it. So very quick service.

I used the standard online service around a month ago and it was a week (adult renewal)
all very quick and smooth

Did it last month, took 5 days and that was a renewal with a name change.

DS did his last month - child to adult renewal. Done online and passport posted 14 April, new one arrived on 24 April. With the long Easter weekend in between.

Did mine last month - online renewal on Monday, sent old passport next day and received new passport 4 days later. Took much longer to have my old passport returned, probably 3 weeks.

Ok I think I need to chase up. I’ve tracked and the last update said documents received 30 April
