A friend is experiencing a business drug dealing and usage next to their property. The police and licencing refuse to even deal with this issue. I don’t understand as I have read news articles where other police forces work with the council and get the business closed down. What can be done? It seems like there people are covering for their friends and there must be people who desperately need the illegal drugs so they won’t do anything about it.
