Does anyone know if EVRI are having issues?

Does anyone know if evri are having major issues?
They collected my parcel on Tuesday and tracking hasn't updated since, the delivery date is between 15-19th, I go on holiday next week so hoping it arrives!

Our evri courier is great but this week the tracking on a parcel hasn’t moved since Monday. Was supposedly 2 day delivery.

Yes, our local Evri guy is great.

Unlike the Amazon drivers who have written off a neighbours car, demolished two neighbours fences (different occasions), leave parcels in random bins and "lose" expensive parcels.

And he doesn't leave parcels on the doorstep in full view like DPD...

Well the tracking has updated to we are processing the parcel at the hub, so unsure what's happening still

I've found the service much slower since the weather improved over the last few weeks. Don't think it's a coincidence!

They had to “dispose of the parcel” @whatdoidonowffs ?!!! That’s almost as shocking as Bongeka. Why didn’t they return it (or what was left of it) to the sender so they’d sort out a replacement / refund for you? Seems like you’re the only left losing out.

I wouldn’t mind if they did that
I only want the right AirPod given there was a box and a case too surely the AirPod survived
my bet is it was nicked so they can’t return/show me the damage and let me decide

We get a hello fresh box delivered by EVRI every week, usually no problems at all, get a text in the morning with a delivery time. Got notification yesterday it was received at the hub ready for delivery today and then around 3pm a follow up from hello fresh that it couldn’t be delivered today so they were packing us a fresh box to arrive tomorrow
