I had to have some surgery recently and they told me to come off HRT so my GP said you may as well come right off it now you're 63.
I wasn't keen.
Now I feel like I have ants crawling all over me and I'm hot and cold all night but no sweating. It's not anything like the original but it's still unpleasant.
I don't know if this is permanent or temporary. I'm not mad at least like the first time.
I don't know whether to just put up with it or ho back on HRT.
