Blood tests for child - wait for results

My ds7 had blood tests a couple of days ago and I had a text message tonight saying “the result of recent tests have been received, please contact the surgery to make a routine appointment”.

I had blood tests myself several months ago and got a message saying no further action required so I’m assuming something is out of range on ds’s bloods for me to receive the above message.

When I go to book a routine appt on the app the next one is 20 June. I am going into the surgery tomorrow and will ask if I can book anything sooner. Does anyone know if I will be allowed to get the results from the blood tests or will I have to wait for a month to see the GP again? They don’t allow access to the full record for patients under 16 online, which is annoying cos I can see my own test results just not ds’s.

FWIW the bloods they ran were
Full blood count
Vitamin B12
Folate
Ferritin
Glucose
Coeliac

I know there won’t be anything urgent to discuss otherwise they wouldn’t have said a routine appt but I still feel a bit worried.
