M&S Has anyone ordered anything online in the past few days?

I had a few pieces in my basket before the cyber attack and would like to still place an order. Has anyone successfully managed it yet? I’m not in a particular rush to get them but would be nice to treat myself.

No - when I was in store on Sunday they said online ordering still wasn’t up and running.

I can guarantee no-one has done this, since you literally cannot place any online orders currently.

Is it up and running? I had an email from this week saying to reset my password and be aware of scams but they didn’t say
they were taking orders again.

No - I asked yesterday in store whether they had any idea of a timeline, and they said we’d know as much as they do.

I have an M&S credit card and the rewards are usually in the online account in the Sparks area. There are none there and now I can't remember if I've used all the offers or if they've just disappeared!

Thank you @PrincessFluffyPants I've just had a look and it says 'No vouchers'. I hope it is because I have spent them all. Unfortunately I can't remember and looking at the history doesn't help!

I still plan to go there this weekend. Hope they get sorted soon.

It is. Frustrated too as the cyber attack has also meant they are not accepting old bras either. Apparently the attack has meant them not talking to Oxfam.
the local M&S was very busy today, thankfully so there’s no shortage of support.

I’ve been logged out and can’t even log back in to my account. It says wrong password. Anyone else? When I press reset it says it will send a reset link to my email and I receive nothing. Very strange as my password has been the same for ages.

I started out like this but my DS really needed school trousers so I got them from Next. They are actually much better quality than the M&S ones so I'll be buying school trousers there from now on. I will definitely still buy from M&S but the longer it goes on, the more people will change their habits.

Me too. They’ve really worked hard to turn their business around and have been so successful doing so. I really hope that they make it through this. As the OP says I have an affection for M&S and since they improved their offering I do so much clothes shopping there now. I think I’m going to make a point of popping in store as much as I can to support them.

Me too. They have some lovely things at the moment and I’m desperate to place an order online!
