Talk me through the duct tape method please (verruca related)

Hi,

Tried sticking the tape on but it wouldn't stay stuck so I'm guessing there's a 'proper' way of doing this, preparing the skin etc.

My primary aged dd is suffering and the pharmacy treatment didn't work.

Please tell me how to do this so at least I know I'm doing it right?

As a specialist in foot health, we DO NOT advise ever using duct tape. It contains some very nasty chemicals you do not want to absorb into your skin. It is not for use on people! Instead use zinc oxide tape, and replace the tape every time it gets wet. Verrucae are easily caught by others so keep the tape on at all times.

Not really unless it is painful and then you would be best to contact a professional to prepare it.
